At Maison LouLou, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process. Please review our return policy below:
- Return Period: You may return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product has not been tampered with, and all seals (if applicable) are intact.
- Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products that are perishable or have an expiration date.
- Used products or products without original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at customercare@maison-loulou.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Condition of Returned Products: All returned items must be in original condition. If the product has been used, damaged, or the original packaging is missing or compromised, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note, if you are returning only part of your order, we will refund only for the returned items, not the full order amount. - Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the item or offer a full refund.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
